Why we made it

Finding a coupon code for a game you love usually starts with a search. Official forums, livestreams, fan communities, news articles. When the code you finally find has already expired, it’s a letdown.

couponnoona gathers the coupons and game news scattered all over the place onto one screen. No login, no sign-up: install it and check right away.

In Korean, ‘noona’ is what a younger brother calls his big sister. True to the name, we wanted the app to be like a big sister who keeps track of the coupons you might miss.

Coupon codes, a few scenes

Game companies hand out coupons in many ways. Let’s look at just two scenes.

In Devsisters’ Cookie Run: Kingdom, you enter your account and a coupon code on the official coupon page to get the rewards. A coupon can be redeemed once per account, and the rewards come in only after you restart the game (DevPlay coupon page).

HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact reveals three codes for Primogems on the special livestream it holds ahead of an update. These codes usually expire within a day (PC Gamer, 2024-11-08).

Where you get them, how you enter them, how long they last: every game is different. That’s why coupons are always easier to miss than to find.

All on one screen

  • Game coupons — Browse coupon codes and gift codes game by game, and tap one to copy it right away. Pick a genre, or search by game name.
  • Game news — New releases, updates and events, all at a glance.
  • My Codes — Pick the coupons you’ll use and keep them here. Codes that have likely expired get a mark of their own.
  • Themes — Two of them: black and white.
Game news screen — dark theme, a game article card at the top and a list of game news running below itGame news
Game coupons screen — a game search box and genre tabs (All·RPG·Action·Adventure·Strategy), with coupon codes listed by game and copy buttonsGame coupons
My Codes screen — light theme, coupon codes saved by game with ‘Likely Expired’ tags, and copy and Redeem buttonsMy Codes
Game news, Game coupons and My Codes — what was scattered, on one screen

couponnoona is an unofficial information app, not affiliated with any game company. How to use a coupon and how long it stays valid depend on the policies of each game and its provider. Every feature is free.

We hope a coupon you catch today gives your day in a game you love a slightly happier start.

How to use it

  • Open the app and start right away — no login or sign-up.
  • Find a game and tap a coupon code to copy it.
  • Go back to the game and paste it into the coupon field. Where and how you enter it differs from game to game.
  • Save the coupons you’ll use in My Codes.
